During your first appointment, our skilled dentist will perform a full evaluation and review your personalized treatment options. We value your time, and in many cases, we can begin treatment the same day. For more complex cases, a follow-up visit may be recommended to allow for a detailed assessment and the most effective care plan.

To Help Us Serve You Efficiently, Please Bring:

• Any recent dental x-rays, if available

• A current list of your medications

• Your dental insurance details and completed forms, if applicable — this allows us to process claims more efficiently

 

Note: Patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

If you have any medical conditions that may impact your dental care (such as diabetes, high blood pressure, or artificial heart valves) or if you’re taking medications like blood thinners or heart prescriptions, please inform our team in advance.

About X-Rays

 

If x-rays were taken by your previous dentist or doctor, we kindly ask that you request they be forwarded to our office. If that’s not possible, you can pick them up and bring them with you. Should additional imaging be required, we’re fully equipped to take high-quality digital x-rays in-house.
