Are you accepting new patients?+
Yes — always. New patients of every age are welcome. You can register through our secure patient portal and schedule your first visit online or by calling 540-443-2659.
What insurance do you accept?+
We accept most major dental insurance plans including Delta Dental, Cigna, United Concordia, Aetna, MetLife, Guardian, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, and many others. We file claims on your behalf as a courtesy.
What if I don't have dental insurance?+
Our Virginia Dental Club is an in-house membership plan designed for uninsured patients. One flat yearly fee covers cleanings, exams, X-rays, and a 20% discount on most additional treatment. No deductibles, no claim forms, no waiting periods.
Do you offer sedation for anxious patients?+
Yes. We offer both nitrous oxide (laughing gas) for mild-to-moderate anxiety and oral sedation for patients who need a deeper level of relaxation. Just tell us when you book — we'll build your visit around your comfort.
What should I bring to my first visit?+
A photo ID, your insurance card (if applicable), a list of current medications, and any questions you have. Complete your patient registration online before your visit to save time.
How do I schedule an appointment?+
You can schedule online 24/7 through our booking page, or call us at 540-443-2659 during clinical hours (Mon–Thu 8–5, Fri 8–1). Online scheduling is available around the clock.
Do you see children?+
Absolutely. We welcome patients of all ages, from first teeth to teens and beyond. Our team is patient, gentle, and experienced with kids who are nervous or visiting the dentist for the first time.
What if I have a dental emergency?+
Call us immediately at 540-443-2659. We do everything we can to see emergency patients the same day. If it's after hours, call and follow the prompts — we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Do you offer Invisalign?+
Yes. Dr. Kim is a certified Invisalign provider. We offer Invisalign for teens and adults — clear, removable aligners that straighten teeth without metal brackets.
What forms of payment do you accept?+
We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit financing. For larger treatment plans, we offer flexible monthly payment options with 0% interest on qualifying plans.
Where are you located?+
100 Parkside Dr., Bridgewater, VA 22812 — right in the heart of Bridgewater, minutes from Bridgewater College, Harrisonburg, Dayton, and the greater Shenandoah Valley. Ample parking and ground-floor access.
How long does a typical cleaning take?+
About 45 minutes to one hour. This includes the cleaning itself, a comprehensive exam by Dr. Kim, and time to discuss anything we find. We don't rush.
