Dental Patient Billing
At Bridgewater Dental Center, we strive to make your dental experience as convenient and stress-free as possible — and that includes billing. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and CareCredit as payment methods. To keep care affordable and straightforward, payment is typically due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
If you ever have questions about your account or charges, please don’t hesitate to contact our office. Often, a quick call is all it takes to resolve any confusion.

Please keep in mind that you are personally responsible for all treatment fees, regardless of insurance coverage.

We provide monthly statements for your convenience. Most insurance providers respond within 4 to 6 weeks — if your statement doesn’t reflect insurance payment within that window, we encourage you to contact us. Any remaining balance after insurance is your responsibility, and we appreciate prompt payment. If needed, we’re happy to discuss monthly payment plans, but these must be arranged before treatment is performed.
